Hey, we are all adults! You can go in and have a wander and look, if you so wish. There are "activities" going on in there. It's a nature park and is suppose to be out of bounds. It is obvious when you get there! There is a vast sand dunes behind the beach and it extends all the way to the railway line. There are no hard and fast demarcations, no flags, no signs, but the "groups" just congregate naturally in the same areas every year. The beach is "divided" in zones - families, swingers, gays and people coming over from the textile beach. I love walking on the beach early morning between 6:30 and 7:30 when it is deserted safe a few joggers and anglers. The naturist beach is about 2 km in length, and it extends to another textile beach. Although it is still hot end of Aug, it gets dark much earlier. it can be windy and you might witness some spectacular thunder storms. End of June is best in my opinion because the days are long and the weather is usually good. I have also been there over Bastille Day and at the end of August. I usually go at the end of June before the school holidays. It's not the largest naturist village in Europe for nothing. It is a big complex and at the height of the summer season, there will be thousands of people. I have been going to Cap d'Agde almost every year since 2000.
